CLIENT INFORMATION

Client information is only ever used for contacting clients during the process of the guest/owner relationship, guests may be contacted after their stay to offer feedback, update the guest on relevant information regarding their previous stay, or enquire about services/features they may be interested in. Guests are never added to mailing lists unless they choose to of their own accord, through a sign up form.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Lliwen Foster, Mountain Studios, our guests or visitors to our website.
